Exchange & Return Policy
Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. All of the products on this site are top quality and authentic! We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. We also hand check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Custom Made Couture Garments
Due to the unique nature of these garments, these items are not eligible for exchange or refund (unless merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt). All "custom or tailored" sales are FINAL. Please be sure of your order before you place it.
Standard Sized Garments
Within 30 days of original purchase: If you received the wrong size or the wrong item, in error, or if the merchandise is defective upon receipt, it may be returned with a receipt or proof of purchase up to 30 days after you receive your package. We will not exchange or issue a refund if you ordered the wrong size or wrong item by mistake. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid for merchandise. All item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
Making a Return/Exchange
To exchange or return a product, simply download, print and complete an Exchange and Return Form. Include the form with your prepaid, insured package and mail to:

Please make sure that the Exchange & Return Form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange or refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will exchange and ship the new item or initiate a refund immediately to your to your PayPal account (or original method of payment) for processing. Generally, this can take 1-7 days depending on the credit card company. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, 1) check your bank account again. 2) Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 3) Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 4) If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
