Tammi T. Gardner(Chief Operations Manager) A graduate of from Dartmouth (1994) with a degree in Theatre (in Acting/Stage Management), she has served as a stage manager, assistant director, producer and designer for the past 20+ years in various community theatres throughout the metro area. She is co-owner of Stand in-Ovation Entertainment Group and work with PRECIOUS' “No More Drama: Love Should Not Hurt,” dramatizing the causes and effects of domestic violence as well as HANDZ UP (puppetry) and CREATIVE KIDS as a teaching artist.
Tammi is also a graphic designer (owner of Art Anointed) and has worked as a administrative assistant and program coordinator for the American Trucking Association (ATA), United Way of America, American Society of Microbiology (ASM)/American Academy of Microbiology (AAM) and as Equipment Coordinator for DC Shares.

Alicia Pierce (Assistant/Head of Wardrobe) is a wardrobe stylist born in Irvine, California and raised in Prince George's County, Maryland. At a young age, she embraced her unique creativity through art classes in school. Her true love of fashion emerged as she began to embrace her unique style while attending Kentucky State University. After graduating from KSU in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in business, Alicia's love for personal style manifested into pursuing her dream of being a wardrobe stylist. Her career started with helping friends and family put together outfits for various parties and events. She also put together small photo shoots to expand her portfolio. She would go on to work with various local model management teams in the DC metropolitan area. She now works as a freelance stylist with hopes to expand her exposure to opportunities both inside and outside the fashion industry.
P. Precious Porter (Logistics) wears many artistic hats. She is both talent on and backstage, in front of and behind the camera. She works as a creative director, actor, stage manager, lighting and set designer, editor, writer... It is easier to ask what she has not done and done well. Her passion is using art to improve lives by changing ones quality of life. This is evident via her one woman show. "No More Drama: Love Should Not Hurt." A show that empowers victims while enlightening others in breaking the cycle of violence.
