Fill out the inquiry form below, and the Designs Coordinator will contact you for a consultation and then work with the team to create a detailed sketch and cost. Non-refundable consultation fee of $385 due at time of booking HOK & DJS.

"Please note that a non-refundable fee of $385i s required for [service/product]. This fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this term." Design sketch and cost is $60.
